In SPX, you will shape how hundreds of thousands of suppliers connect, manage, and thrive on one of the world’s most trusted travel platforms. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that blends strategy, innovation, and execution to drive the future of travel. SPX includes multiple areas, such as the Expedia Partner Central web portal for all Expedia hotel partners, the VrboDash website for Vrbo hosts, and four native mobile apps for hotel partners and vacation rental hosts on iOS and Android.
What You’ll Do
Define bold vision and strategy for supply partner experience:
Set and execute a compelling vision for next-gen partner experiences across web, mobile web, and native apps
Innovate through AI-first experiences:
Embed AI coaching and insights into partner workflows, scaling self-service.
Deliver end-to-end excellence across critical partner journeys:
Own and improve key journeys (e.g., onboard new properties, manage rates and inventory, reservations, payments) with automation, consistency, and high quality. Use DUET signals and partner feedback to continuously improve.
Lead a high-performing cross-functional team:
Inspire and grow product managers. Work with stakeholders across Engineering, XD, security, and analytics.
Basic Qualification
10+ years of experience leading product management for B2B platforms or marketplaces with a track record of delivering high quality products
Experience developing AI-driven products and experiences across web and mobile
A strategic thinker and data-driven decision maker who leads with clarity, conviction, and purpose
Deep empathy for customers and a history of transforming customer insights into simple, elegant, and scalable product solutions
Skilled in building and motivating high-performing teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Executive-level experience building and scaling product organizations responsible for end-to-end partner or supplier experiences in a global, high-growth, or marketplace business
Demonstrated experience taking products from concept to scaled adoption, including driving cross-functional alignment, shaping go-to-market plans, and iterating based on partner and commercial results
Deep experience in data‑driven decision making, including partnering with Analytics and Data Science to design experiments, interpret insights, and translate them into roadmap decisions that balance partner value and marketplace health
Track record of shaping and evolving platform strategies that support multiple brands, markets, or partner segments, with a focus on reusable capabilities, operational excellence, and high availability at scale
Experience guiding the application of AI/ML to partner‑facing products at scale, such as optimization, recommendations, or automation, with an emphasis on safety, transparency, and measurable business and partner impact
