AI Strategist

CU*Answers is seeking a forward‑thinking AI Strategist to drive the intelligent evolution of our operations, technology, and member‑facing services. In this role, you will serve as a trusted internal consultant partnering with teams across the organization to identify opportunities where artificial intelligence (AI) can streamline workflows, elevate quality, and unlock new capabilities.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with internal teams to identify processes that AI could improve for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Research the AI landscape to find tools and techniques that are genuinely useful for CU*Answers.
Help our developers write better code faster.
Design smarter workflows that save time and reduce repetitive tasks.
Build an AI roadmap that leadership can understand and utilize in their briefings.
Ensure compliance with ethics, compliance, and good judgment standards as we experiment.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in business/IT/computer science/data science/information systems or equivalent experience (2–3 years of AI experience qualifies).
Experience building AI tools and automation platforms.
Experience in project management.
Proven record of successful collaboration with internal and external teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with both technical and non‑technical partners.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfort handling confidential/sensitive data.
Reliable attendance and professionalism.
Ability to travel as needed.
