Description

CU*Answers is seeking a forward-thinking AI Strategist to drive the intelligent evolution of our operations, technology, and member-facing services. In this role, you will serve as a trusted internal consultant partnering with teams across the organization to identify opportunities where artificial intelligence (AI) can streamline workflows, elevate quality, and unlock new capabilities.

CU*Answers has been building credit union technology for decades and AI is changing the game. CU*Answers is looking for someone that knows AI and can bridge the gap.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with internal teams to find the processes that AI could assist in improving their efficiency and effectiveness.

Research the AI landscape, using the knowledge you already have as a starting point to find what is genuinely useful for CU*Answers

Help our developers write better code faster

Design smarter workflows that save time and reduce repetitive tasks

Build an AI roadmap that leadership can understand and utilize in their briefings

Keep us on the right side of ethics, compliance, and good judgment as we experiment

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree (business/IT/computer science/data science/information systems) OR equivalent experience (2-3 years AI experience qualifies as equivalent)

Experience building AI tools and automation platforms

Experience in project management

Proven record of successful collaboration with internal and external teams

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work with both technical and non-technical partners

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Comfort handling confidential / sensitive data

Reliable attendance and professionalism

Ability to travel as needed
