Senior Brand & Channel Marketing ManagerWe are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Senior Brand & Channel Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across the Electromechanical Solutions (EMS) portfolio. This role is responsible for leading the vision, development, and execution of marketing programs that strengthen brand equity, increase market share, and enhance customer engagement.
As a key leader on the team, this role will also be directly involved in driving growth for our brands with channel partners, especially our Wholesale distribution channel.
As a key member of the leadership team, this individual will lead a team to serve as the primary connection between channel partners, sales, product management, marketing, and training, ensuring alignment across go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of strategic leadership, analytical rigor, and hands-on execution, with deep experience in B2B channel marketing and wholesale distribution.
This role will also champion brand strategy, ensuring consistent positioning, messaging, and identity across all channels to strengthen brand equity and market differentiation.

**Key Responsibilities**
Integrated Marketing & Brand Leadership: Identify and develop training and educational programs to support product adoption, system design, and application knowledge.Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategy. Oversee digital presence including websites and electronic marketing tools to enhance customer experience and engagement. Other duties may be assigned. **Essential Experience:**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Core Job Requirements: 10 years of experience in marketing communications (with demonstrated success in B2B experience), 5 of which must be in a management capacity. Strong abilities in both practical and conceptual leadership. Innovative thinker, with a passion for ground-breaking ideas, methods and/or communications, with an ability to translate this vision into best-in-class marketing strategies, promotional activities and product launches that drives market share and sales growth. Hands-on experience and willingness to ‘roll up your sleeves’. Professional abilities in both technical and creative writing.
