We are working with a well-established General Contractor in Houston that specializes in ground-up industrial construction, including warehouses, distribution centers, and large-scale industrial complexes. Their projects commonly involve tilt-wall and PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings), with values ranging from mid-size to large-scale developments. Due to a strong and growing pipeline, they are looking to add an experienced Construction Superintendent to their team. The Role: As Superintendent, you will take full ownership of on-site operations, managing projects from sitework through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all on-site construction activities on ground-up industrial projects Manage subcontractors, field staff, and daily site operations Drive and maintain the construction schedule from start to finish Coordinate tilt-wall panels, structural steel, and PEMB installations Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards Lead site meetings and provide clear communication to the project team Proactively identify and resolve construction issues Requirements: Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor Proven track record delivering ground-up warehouses, distribution centers, or industrial facilities Strong experience with tilt-wall construction and/or PEMB projects Solid, stable work history (no job xywuqvp hopping) Experience working in the Houston market preferred Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills What’s on Offer: Consistent pipeline of local Houston industrial projects Opportunity to work on large-scale, technically challenging builds Long-term career growth with a reputable and stable contractor If you’re an experienced Superintendent with a background in industrial construction and looking for a long-term opportunity with a strong Houston-based GC, we’d like to speak with you.
