Join a mission-driven health system and support the growth of a new, 4-year ACGME-accredited PM&R Residency Program. As Associate Program Director, youll collaborate with program leadership to shape curriculum, mentor residents, and ensure academic excellencewhile maintaining a fulfilling clinical practice. What Youll Do
50% Administrative Assist Program Director with curriculum development and ACGME compliance Lead didactics, resident recruitment, and mentoring Oversee resident evaluations and program improvement initiatives 50% Clinical Serve as Attending in inpatient rehab or outpatient neuro clinics Provide hands-on resident teaching and patient care Support a team-based, community-focused approach to rehabilitation Program Highlights

Emphasis on brain injury, stroke, general PM&R Team Collaboration:

Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation At least 3 years clinical or academic experience in an ACGME setting Strong communication and mentoring skills Academic experience and scholarly activity preferred Benefits
