Customer Service Representative

Transdev in West Covina, California is hiring a part‑time Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. We are seeking friendly, customer service‑oriented people who are dedicated to safety. Compensation and Hours

Competitive compensation: $18.50 to $22.17 per hour. 20 hours per week. Benefits

Answer customer inquiries via phone and in person Input ride information using a computerized scheduling system Intake service‑related inquiries and complaints Communicate late vehicle service and verify “no shows” with customers Answer questions and provide information about services Clearly and accurately document issues Resolve customer inquiries relating to transportation; communicate resolution to customers Operate a point of sales (POS) for sale of fare media Other duties as required Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent 2 years of customer service experience 1 year of cash handling experience Computer literate Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication and listening skills Ability to operate a standard telephone system Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed Physical Requirements

Primarily seated, typing, or looking at a computer screen Work is performed indoors in air‑conditioned or well‑ventilated facilities Workstation or cubicle equipped with telephone, headset, and computer Push/pull up to 25 lb occasionally; lift up to 50 lb with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files stored at ground level Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing duties; tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes, and noise Reasonable Accommodations
