Baierl Chevrolet Collision Center Baierl Chevrolet Collision Center is looking for a Customer Service Representative now to join our fast‑paced, enjoyable environment.

Dealership L0289 Baierl Chevrolet

Pay $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule Full time; schedule to be discussed with the manager during the interview.

What You’ll Do

Receive payments made by cash, checks, credit card receipts, EFTs and issue payment receipts.

Process the daily Deposit Workbook for the Body Shop and reconcile to Body Shop management software.

Assist the Body Shop Manager and Estimators with collection of outstanding Body Shop accounts receivable.

Prepare and audit Repair Orders to be closed and posted.

Occasionally close repair orders.

Assist the Body Shop Manager with Technician payroll and Work in Process balancing.

Assist with parts and sublet data entry into management software.

Verify documents per audit and insurance requirements.

Who We’re Looking For

Body Shop experience (preferred).

Bookkeeping/accounting experience (preferred).

Retail sales and/or customer service experience (preferred).

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
