R105806## Dealership:L0289 Baierl Chevrolet# **Baierl Chevrolet Collision Center**### If you're looking for a fast-paced, enjoyable environment to kickstart your career, Baierl Chevrolet Collision Center is looking for a Customer Service Representative NOW!### ### **Pay**: $18-$25/hr depending on experience.### **Schedule**: Fulltime, manager will discuss during interview### **What You'll Do****:*** ### Receive payments made by cash, checks, credit card receipts, EFTs and issue payment receipts* ### Process Daily Deposit Workbook for the Body Shop and reconcile to Body Shop management software* ### Assists Body Shop Manager and Estimators on the collection of outstanding Body Shop Accounts Receivables* ### Prepare and audit Repair Orders to be closed and posted* ### May occasionally close repair orders* ### May assist Body Shop Manager with Technician Payroll and Work in Process Balancing* ### May assist with parts and sublet data entry into management software* ### Document Verification per Audit and Insurance Requirements### ### **Who We're Looking For**:* ### Body Shop Experience (preferred)* ### Bookkeeping/Accounting (preferred)* ### Retail Sales and/or Customer Service (preferred)* ### Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence### ### ### **What We Can Offer You****:*** ### Competitive pay* ### Medical, Dental and Vision Plans* ### Paid Holidays & PTO* ### Short and Long-Term Disability* ### Paid Life Insurance* ### 401(k) Retirement Plan* ### Employee Stock Purchase Plan* ### Wellness Programs### ### High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
