Pay: $18-$25/hr depending on experience. Schedule: Fulltime, manager will discuss during interview What You'll Do: Receive payments made by cash, checks, credit card receipts, EFTs and issue payment receipts Process Daily Deposit Workbook for the Body Shop and reconcile to Body Shop management software Assists Body Shop Manager and Estimators on the collection of outstanding Body Shop Accounts Receivables Prepare and audit Repair Orders to be closed and posted May occasionally close repair orders May assist Body Shop Manager with Technician Payroll and Work in Process Balancing May assist with parts and sublet data entry into management software Document Verification per Audit and Insurance Requirements Who We're Looking For: Body Shop Experience (preferred) Bookkeeping/Accounting (preferred) Retail Sales and/or Customer Service (preferred) Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence What We Can Offer You: Competitive pay Medical, Dental and Vision Plans Paid Holidays & PTO Short and Long-Term Disability Paid Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan Wellness Programs High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
