Responsibilities
Assist customers by accurately identifying and supplying the correct vehicle parts.
Maintain and organize parts inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail and accuracy.
Coordinate with service technicians and suppliers to fulfill parts requests in a timely manner.
Maintain clean and efficient parts counter and storage areas.
Provide excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone.
Requirements
Previous experience in parts counter or automotive parts sales is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Basic computer skills including inventory management and order processing software.
Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
Competitive hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $25.00.
