Location Requirement:
Flexible onsite schedule: 4 days per week onsite, 1 remote day, at one of our BDA office locations: Atlanta, GA (ideal), Austin or Dallas, TX, Troy, MI, Indianapolis, IN.

Position Overview:
As a Program Account Manager, you will lead online sales initiatives for branded merchandise, optimizing product assortments, inventory, and marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary client contact for assigned accounts.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets, including pricing, promotional campaigns, and cross‑selling initiatives.
Drive the strategic merchandise assortment plan aligned with client preferences and market trends.
Collaborate with marketing to create online campaigns that increase traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
Analyze sales data and marketing performance using analytics tools to identify optimization opportunities.
Conduct competitive analysis to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Ensure a seamless customer experience by optimizing product listings, navigation, and checkout processes.
Work with Program Ops, marketing, and inventory teams for seamless execution of merchandising initiatives.
Lead and develop program sales coordinators, providing guidance and mentorship.
Coordinate with inventory team to manage stock levels, initial buys, re‑buys, and liquidation of discontinued items.
Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in e‑commerce sales management, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
Strong knowledge of e‑commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online merchandising.
Proficiency with data analysis and e‑commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder influence skills.
Strategic thinker with a record of driving sales growth through innovative merchandising.
Detail‑oriented and analytical mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
Compensation: Base salary range $70,000 to $82,000, plus bonus opportunities. Compensation is based on location, skills, education, and experience.
