As an Appointment Confirmation Representative, you’ll be at the intersection of strategy, sales, and customer experience, ensuring that every appointment is not only confirmed but optimized for success. What We’re Looking For You’re organized, quick on your feet, and great on the phone. You like thinking a few steps ahead, spotting problems before they happen, and working with a team to hit big goals. You care about giving people a smooth experience and love when everything runs like clockwork.
What You’ll Own
Conduct timely and professional confirmation calls for all scheduled appointments.
Keeping the sales calendar full
Jumping in quickly to reschedule or adjust when needed. Their focus is making sure things run smoothly and appointments actually happen.
Represent the company with confidence and clarity during all calls.
Appointment Representative Requirements
Customer service experience is a great bonus—but just as important is a strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed.
Shift is Tuesday to Saturday 10-6 (WFH Saturday)
Job Type Full-time: Tuesday to Saturday
Pay Base $/hr plus weekly commission pay
