Role Description
The Outside Sales role (Mid-Atlantic) is responsible for expanding Hard Goods sales by building strong partnerships with sales teams, customer service, merchandising reps, and key account stakeholders. This position blends strategic sales execution, account planning, and cross‑functional collaboration, while maintaining a structured and disciplined approach to pipeline management and customer engagement.
Success in this role comes from uncovering opportunities through one‑on‑one sales rep meetings, presenting new products, leveraging internal resources to close business, and ensuring smooth order flow with inside sales, outside sales, and the decoration team.
You’ll also maintain showroom presence with key customers, manage CRM reporting, and represent the brand at trade shows and industry events. 50%+ travel is required.
