Job Summary
We are seeking an outgoing, friendly, and flexible individual to join our team as a Sales Associate - Reservations. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our guests.
Candidate must reside within the State of Florida for consideration.
This position also requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
Provide sales support to guests by sharing information on accommodations, spa offerings, local dining, and activities in the area
Collaborate and connect with guests and team members remotely, utilizing your strong interpersonal skills
Ensure prompt and accurate reservation management
Assist guests with any inquiries or issues they may have
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of our products and services
Uphold company policies and procedures
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred
Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
