Salary and Schedule Details Hourly pay:
$16.00 to $18.00 depending on skills and experience.
Paid training delivered through live, hands‑on instruction and virtual classroom.
Voluntary benefits for part‑time employees include medical, dental, and vision.

Schedule:
Variable schedule; average weekly hours 10–12. Availability the week before and after major holidays, including weekends, and for season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support.
Role and Responsibilities Field merchandiser in retail stores such as grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers. Responsibilities are organized into three components.
Day‑to‑day engagement:
Use a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory. Communicate with supervisors, report time, provide feedback, and complete surveys. Interact professionally with store employees, management, and customers. Responsible for the entire Hallmark product display at assigned stores.
Holiday support:
Additional days and extended hours during holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. May work on the holiday itself, including weekends.
Department resets:
Participate in installations and tasks such as building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments, and resetting card sections. Typically notified two weeks in advance; may involve evenings or weekends.
Team support:
Assist fellow merchandisers as needed.
Physical Requirements High energy and sense of urgency. Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds daily and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Must kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the shift and may need to climb stairs and step ladders. Work is performed on the sales floor and in back stockrooms.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age.
Read, write, and understand English.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
Operate a digital handheld device to open and read documents and interpret information.
Access to a Wi‑Fi network and the Internet.
Consistent transportation to travel to assigned stores as scheduled.
