Overview As a Field Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and be the face of Hallmark.

Salary and Schedule Details

Your starting hourly pay rate will be $15.00 to $17.00 depending on your skills and experience.

Hallmark part-time employees are offered voluntary benefits that include medical, dental, vision etc.

Eligible Employees receive annual pay increases.

This is a Part-Time position with a variable schedule during the work week.

Average weekly hours for this position are between 7 - 10 hours per week.

Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required.

Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support.

Your Role and Responsibilities You will perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores such as grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers. The position consists of three major components:

Day-to-day engagement: Use a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products. Communicate with your supervisor, report time, provide feedback, and complete required surveys.

Holiday support: Participate in additional days and extended hours around holidays (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas). On select holidays you may be required to work on the actual holiday itself.

Department resets: Assist with installations and various tasks (building and installing fixtures, relocating card departments, resetting sections). Notify two weeks in advance; may include evenings or weekends.

Team collaboration: Support other merchandisers as needed within your territory.

Physical Requirements This physically demanding job requires consistent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 30 pounds (up to 50 pounds on occasion). You will also kneel, squat, walk, stand, climb stairs, and step ladders as required.

Basic Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.

Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.

Proficiency in operating a digital hand‑held device.

Access to Wi‑Fi and internet.

Consistent transportation to travel to assigned stores.
