Salary & Schedule

Your starting hourly pay rate:

$17.00 to $18.00

depending on experience.

Average weekly hours:

7 – 10 hours per week .

Variable schedule with required availability before and after major holidays, including weekends, and for season changeovers.

Responsibilities

Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory in participating retail stores using a mobile device.

Engage with store employees, management, and customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Support holiday sales by working additional hours during peak periods (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas).

Assist with department resets and fixture installations, which may involve evening or weekend work.

Collaborate with the Hallmark field team to provide peer support and share best practices.

Physical Requirements

Consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds; up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Perform tasks such as kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, and climbing stairs and ladders throughout the workday.

Qualifications

Minimum age 18 years.

Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.

Ability to use a digital hand‑held device to read documents and interpret information.

Access to Wi‑Fi and reliable internet connectivity.

Reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned stores.
