Job Title: Senior Counsel Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury
Location: Los Angeles, CA 90245 - hybrid or onsite options available.
Must be licensed to practice law in California; must work Pacific Standard Time work schedule.
About the Role We are seeking a senior Litigation Attorney with 7+ years of experience to represent a wide variety of clients in tort liability disputes for a well-respected, fast‑paced, AV‑rated defense law firm. Self‑starting, strong work ethic candidate with experience in all aspects of litigation required, including investigation, research, analysis, discovery, and motions. Candidate should have experience taking percipient/party/expert depositions and representing clients in mediations and court hearings. Excellent research and writing skills are required.
Key Responsibilities
Representclients and manage litigated in cases, from pre‑trial to post‑trial.
Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
Take a leading role in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials.
Provide clients with clear, strategic advice.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the California State Bar.
7-10+ years of experience in relevant legal experience.
Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast‑paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $170K to $250K, commensurate with experience.
