Your New Role:
This is an opportunity to build something meaningful at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and growth. A forward-moving team is seeking a Growth Market Strategist who is energized by hard problems, motivated by ownership, and excited to connect with new audiences. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers visibility, influence, and uncapped earning potential for someone ready to shape demand from the ground up.
In this role, you’ll own the full demand generation function, including management of paid digital channels and overall acquisition strategy. You’ll oversee paid search, paid social, SEO, and emerging platforms, either directly or through agency partners. Success will require strong analytical judgment, clear communication, and the confidence to make smart calls about what to scale, what to pause, and what to try next. You’ll be responsible for generating qualified B2C leads for high-consideration offerings, guiding prospects through long sales cycles, and collaborating closely with sales to refine lead quality and top-of-funnel performance.
Beyond the digital, you will lead brand activations and experiential initiatives designed to establish authentic presence where the right audiences already gather. This includes developing partnerships, sponsorships, and experiential moments that turn interest into trust. You’ll bring forward unconventional and guerrilla marketing ideas – requiring you to be resourceful and creative to deliver optimized impact. In addition, you’ll coordinate with external contractors, briefing and managing creative and social resources to ensure brand consistency.
This opportunity appeals to marketing professionals who are energized by complexity and the freedom to chart their own course. This professional thinks strategically, executes decisively, and views experimentation as essential to the creative process. More than anything else, this role suits someone who finds complex challenges motivating and values building trust-driven relationships through thoughtful, well-crafted work.
While this is a fully remote role, our client requires all applicants to reside on the West Coast. Because their headquarters are in Bend, there is a preference for Oregon residents.
