Role Summary
Job Title : Marketing Coordinator
Reporting to : General Manager
Hours : Full Time — 40 hours per week
Salary : £31,500 — £36,500 (depending on experience)

The Role
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in planning, coordinating and delivering marketing activity across our programmes, campaigns and events.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organised, market aware, data-driven and able to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
You will help ensure marketing activity directly supports programme success, attendance targets, and long-term audience engagement – not just content output.
There is strong opportunity to grow into broader marketing strategy, campaign leadership and audience growth responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution
Support planning and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across programmes, retreats and events
Coordinate campaign timelines aligned to event delivery schedules and sales windows
Support execution across email marketing, social media, website and digital channels
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand and aligned to organisational standards
Support campaign launch planning including messaging, asset planning and scheduling
2. Programme and Event Marketing
Work closely with Events and Programmes teams to support successful launches
Ensure programme information is accurate and consistent across all marketing channels
Support achievement of registration and attendance targets
Support preparation of campaign briefs and promotional requirements
Support campaign performance reviews post-launch
3. Content Coordination and Asset Management
Coordinate content requirements across design, video and external suppliers
Support scheduling and publishing of content across platforms
Maintain organised marketing asset libraries and template systems
Support website content updates and event listings where required
4. Customer Journey and Audience Engagement
Support delivery of marketing communications across the full customer journey
Support audience segmentation and targeted communication campaigns
Support enquiry nurture sequences and post-event engagement communications
Support improving user journey from awareness → registration → attendance → retention
5. Marketing Data, Tracking and Performance
Support tracking of campaign performance including registrations, conversion and engagement metrics
Support preparation of marketing dashboards and performance reports
Identify campaign risks, performance gaps and improvement opportunities
Support testing and optimisation of messaging, content and channels
6. Cross-Team Collaboration and Delivery
Work closely with Events, Operations and Programme teams to align marketing with delivery outcomes
Coordinate marketing support across multiple campaigns simultaneously
Contribute to maintaining strong communication and brand standards across all activity
Skills & Experience
Essential
1–3 years experience in marketing, campaign delivery or similar role
Strong organisational and project coordination skills
Strong written communication skills
Good understanding of digital marketing channels (email, social, website)
Strong attention to detail and deadline management
Good IT skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM or marketing tools)
Desirable
Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar)
Experience working with CRM or audience segmentation tools
Basic understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey design
Experience working in events, education, charity or community organisations
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp or similar)
