We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team. You’ll own the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across multiple channels, turning data into decisions that drive real results. Duties and Responsibilities Manage and optimize campaigns in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
Ensure accuracy in tracking, budget pacing, and performance reporting
Translate data and performance metrics into clear, actionable insights
Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to improve campaign performance
Stay current on emerging platforms and continuously test and learn new strategies
Own and manage paid search campaigns end‑to‑end, including setup, optimization, and reporting
Execute donor-sponsored campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and performance targets
Manage eCommerce product ads with a focus on improving ROAS over time
Run weekly social media post boosting and track performance across platforms
Manage and optimize LinkedIn Ads for efficiency and effectiveness
Conduct A/B testing across creative, copy, and audience targeting
Evaluate new advertising channels on a quarterly basis and present structured insights
Successful Candidates Will Possess 2-5+ years experience in paid media and digital advertising
A strong track record of maintaining and growing high‑intent traffic through paid search, while identifying new opportunities within the channel
The ability to execute donor-sponsored campaigns on time, within budget, and consistently meet or exceed KPIs (views, traffic, leads)
Experience driving measurable eCommerce revenue and improving return on ad spend over time
Proven ability to deliver accurate weekly and monthly reporting, with clear performance insights and well‑structured tracking (UTMs, conversion events, minimal data gaps)
Deep and continuously evolving expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, along with curiosity to explore and test new advertising channels
A structured approach to experimentation, including designing A/B tests with clear hypotheses and applying learnings to future strategy
The ability to operate independently, growing from guided execution to confident, self‑directed campaign management

Salary Range The salary target for this role is $70,000 - $85,000+. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package.
