WHAT YOU WILL DO
Client Servicing
Manage assigned book of business, including building rapport with clients, answering their day‑to‑day questions (change requests, coverage questions, etc.), and supporting their renewal process.
Timely handling of all incoming communication from clients and carriers
Verify policy and change information, facilitating corrections when necessary
Process cancellation correspondence
Review renewal offer from carrier for accuracy, determining if the policy needs to be remarketed or bound
Ensure all proper documentation and steps are taken in agency's CRM

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Missouri Property & Casualty (P&C) license required (must obtain within 90 days of hire)
Experience in client or customer facing roles required
2+ years of Personal Lines and/or insurance industry experience required
Farms and Agriculture insurance knowledge preferred but not required
