Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative here, you’ll own pipeline creation in your territory, with a direct line between your output and revenue impact. The Role This is a pure outbound, new business role. You’ll be responsible for creating pipeline from scratch and opening doors with hoteliers within SMB and Mid-Market. Own outbound pipeline generation across your territory Prospect via phone, email, and social to engage decision-makers Qualify and convert prospects into high-quality sales opportunities Partner with Account Executives to drive new logo acquisition KPIs 50 outbound calls per day (250 per week) 20 contacts sequenced daily (100 per week) 4+ qualified opportunities booked per week Location: Hybrid: 3 days per week in our Downtown Dallas HQ office What We’re Looking For Proven success (or strong potential) in outbound sales or business development High intensity, high ownership mindset — you treat your territory like your business Strong commercial instincts and ability to create urgency with prospects Coachable, competitive, and motivated by performance-based earnings Clear ambition to progress into an Account Executive role Compensation Base: $60–65K (up to $70K depending on variety of factors) Additional earned commission depending on qualified pipeline Clear accelerators for overperformance Why Mews Mews is one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in Europe and North America, with strong product-market fit and momentum.
