
Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you will be on the front line of Lever1’s growth. Your mission is to connect with CEOs and founders at high-potential companies, educate them on the ROI of partnering with a PEO and secure qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives (AE). This is a high-energy, metrics-driven role: expect 100-200 outbound calls and 40+ personalized emails per day with a target of 5+ sales-qualified meetings booked each week.
Responsibilities: Outbound prospecting and lead generation
Conduct high volume cold outreach to SMB decision makers
Qualify prospects against our ideal candidate profile and book meetings on AE's calendars
CRM and pipeline management
Qualifications: New college graduates who successfully managed school and additional responsibilities
Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen
