Overview We're working with a design‑led experiential studio known for delivering high‑impact brand experiences across fashion, luxury, and lifestyle sectors.
They're looking for a
Senior Producer
to join their New York team - someone who can lead projects end‑to‑end, balancing creative ambition with strong commercial oversight.
This is a hands‑on role, suited to a producer who is comfortable owning complex, multi‑layered projects from early concept through to live execution.
What You'll Do
Lead the full production lifecycle across experiential projects - from pitch and planning through to delivery and reconciliation
Manage budgets (typically
$500K-$2M ), ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
Oversee vendor sourcing, negotiation, and day‑to‑day management
Act as a key client contact, managing communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Work closely with internal creative teams to bring concepts to life in a considered and high‑quality way
Develop detailed production schedules, run‑of‑shows, and project documentation
Lead on‑site delivery across build, live event, and breakdown phases
Support and mentor more junior team members where needed
What You'll Bring
5+ years' experience in experiential or event production within an agency or studio environment
Proven experience delivering brand‑led activations, events, or immersive experiences
Strong budget management experience, with confidence overseeing large‑scale projects
Solid vendor network and understanding of fabrication, technical production, and logistics
Experience working closely with clients and managing stakeholder relationships
Highly organised, solutions‑focused, and calm under pressure
A strong interest in creative storytelling and culturally relevant brand experiences
Bonus Experience
Background in luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands
Experience delivering projects across multiple markets or regions
Exposure to both permanent and temporary installations
