Job Responsibilities: This is a full-time dispatch position with shifts varying within regular business hours, ensuring a structured yet dynamic work routine. As a Customer Service Rep - Dispatcher, you will manage incoming service requests and coordinate with our team of tow truck drivers to ensure efficient roadside assistance. This is a highly phone-focused position-you'll be on the phone your entire shift, taking calls from customers and making outbound calls to coordinate service. You'll communicate professionally and empathetically with customers, accurately log all operations, and fine-tune scheduling to maintain smooth dispatch operations.
