As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling payroll packages and performing various fulfillment-related tasks to ensure timely and accurate delivery to clients. This role involves maintaining high-quality standards, following strict security procedures, and adhering to production timelines. Key Responsibilities: Assemble payroll packages for delivery per client number. Prepare and organize payroll packages to meet quality and production timeline expectations. Complete package confirmations and checklists to maintain accurate tracking and security of package flow and location. Comply with all security and audit procedures as required to protect client information. Record and escalate issues to appropriate parties to ensure output is not missing or incorrect. Maintain readiness of all distribution equipment, including regular cleaning and user maintenance. Stage packaging supplies as needed to ensure production readiness. Qualifications: High school diploma required. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Basic computer skills. Ability to multi-task without sacrificing quality or integrity of packages. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Skills & Attributes: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues as necessary.
