Pay + Perks $16$18/hour + Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus (performance-based) 3 Weeks PTO + Paid Holidays 401(k) with Company Match (up to 6%) Low-cost Medical, Dental, Vision Employee Discounts + Loyalty Rewards Career Advancement Opportunities (we promote from within) Weekly Pay Bilingual candidates may earn additional pay What You'll Do Own customer accounts and work proactively to keep them current Analyze account activity and determine appropriate solutions Communicate with customers, references, and landlords Collect and process payments accurately (in-store and field) Maintain accurate documentation and account records Manage field visits professionally and efficiently Resolve customer concerns while protecting company standards Meet and exceed performance goals related to collections and retention Requirements What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED 1+ year of experience in collections, retail, or customer-focused roles preferred Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Highly organized with attention to detail Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven Comfortable using systems to manage accounts Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Willingness to travel locally for customer visits Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (with assistance for heavier items) Schedule Full-time (40 hours/week), 5-day workweek MondayFriday: 10am7pm, Saturday: 10am6pm (required), Sunday: Closed Schedules may vary based on business needs Additional Information Blue Ocean Brands does not conduct routine pre-employment drug testing but may require testing in cases such as reasonable suspicion, workplace accidents, or as required by law.
