What You'll Do
* Help customers find products that fit their needs and budget * Build strong relationships in-store, over the phone, and through follow-ups * Drive sales by generating leads and closing deals * Manage customer accounts, agreements, and payments * Maintain showroom appearance and organization * Support deliveries and store operations as needed
Requirements: What We're Looking For
* High school diploma or GED * 1+ year of retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred * Strong communication and people skills * Organized, motivated, and goal-driven * Comfortable using computers and systems * Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (with assistance for heavier items)
Schedule
* Full-time (40 hours/week), 5-day workweek * Store Hours - Monday-Friday: 10am-7pm, Saturday: 10am-6pm (required), Sunday: Closed * Schedules may vary based on business needs
