You'll own and elevate our visual and social presence across platforms, creating scroll-stopping graphics, cohesive templates, and distinct visual systems that make our brand instantly recognizable. You'll spot trends early, and turn them into thoughtful, healthcare-appropriate content. Blending creativity with analytics, you'll continuously experiment, optimize, and push our storytelling forward, ensuring InterMed shows up as human, trustworthy, and distinct. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Social Media Strategy & Growth Own and lead InterMed's social media strategy across platforms. Build and execute a dynamic content strategy aligned with organizational priorities and cultural relevance. Create high-impact content video, photography, graphics, and visual storytelling assets. Grow audience engagement and community interaction. Spot trends early and translate them into smart, healthcare-appropriate content. Manage content calendars, publishing cadence, and campaign rollouts. Monitor analytics, KPIs, and engagement data to optimize performance. Continuously experiment with formats, storytelling styles, and growth tactics. Serve as the internal go-to for social media best practices, trends, and platform changes. Content Creation & Design Independently plan, shoot, and edit short-form video and photo content optimized for social platforms. Capture photography of providers, colleagues, events, and day-to-day moments. Manage lighting, audio, framing, editing, and post-production workflows. Produce print-ready layouts for select materials (e.g., posters, flyers, internal communications, event materials). Write clear, compelling, human-centered copy to support campaigns and digital content. Maintain an organized digital asset library. Brand & Visual Storytelling Help evolve InterMed's visual and social voice in a way that feels human, trustworthy, and current. Maintain a strong, consistent visual identity across social, digital, and print channels. Design high-quality graphics, templates, and visual systems for social, digital campaigns, and print materials. Translate healthcare work into stories people actually want to watch, read, and share. Find opportunities to spotlight providers, colleagues, culture, and patient-centered care. Elevate the sophistication, creativity, and distinctiveness of all internal and outward-facing content. Innovation & Creative Leadership Proactively pitch and execute new digital campaigns, storytelling formats, and audience engagement strategies. Identify opportunities to humanize providers, celebrate colleagues, and amplify patient-centered care stories. Introduce tools, workflows, and creative processes that increase quality and efficiency. Stay ahead of trends in social, digital media, photography, and short-form video. Performance & Optimization Define and track KPIs related to engagement, reach, audience growth, and campaign performance. Analyze data and refine strategies based on performance insights. Provide clear reporting and strategic recommendations. Ensure compliance with copyright, privacy, and HIPAA standards, and other relevant regulations. Project Management Independently manage and prioritize digital media and design requests. Maintain organized workflows, timelines, and progress updates. Balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards. General Responsibilities Maintains strict confidentiality in alignment with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) guidelines and InterMed policies. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, brand, design, or communications roles, supported by a strong portfolio of visual design, social content, and campaign work. Previous work in healthcare or related fields preferred. Hands-on experience managing social media strategy, content creation, community engagement, and performance analytics. Photography and videography proficiency, including shooting, editing, and producing short-form video. Working knowledge of multimedia production tools, video editing software, content management systems, and social media management tools; experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva preferred. Strong creative instincts paired with strategic thinking and analytical capabilities. Excellent attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint. License/Certifications: None required; certifications in digital marketing, design, or analytics (e.g., Adobe, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
