Marketing Digital Strategist
At Regions, the Marketing Digital Strategist creates and manages digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer conversion with measurable results. Primary responsibilities include gathering and applying digital insights to form strategies, leading strategy development and delivery of digital marketing to various audiences across multiple digital channels, ensuring alignment of digital media and messaging across all channels, developing success metrics, and tracking performance against goals and budget. The position also involves managing digital tools and technologies, evaluating emerging technologies, and providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. This role requires managing media verification tools and methods, providing guidance to junior strategists, and ensuring digital strategies are executed within strict conformance with risk, security, and other applicable standards. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and three years of experience in consumer advertising strategies, preferably in digital and/or high technology. Preferences include one year working with a Data Management Platform (DMP) with experience managing data and building audiences, experience executing out of home, print, radio, and television campaigns, and advanced understanding of digital marketing including display, email, mobile, native, retargeting, search, social, and video. Skills and competencies include the ability to effectively communicate both technical and non-technical information internally and externally, ability to learn additional systems as needed, ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts, ability to work in a team environment when applicable, ability to work under moderate guidance, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills, strong work ethic and self-motivation. Position type is full time. Compensation details include a job-specific pay range based on experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location, and performance in the job role. The job range target is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
