KREWE is looking for a Graphic Designer to support the creative team in bringing the brand to life across digital and physical channels. This role will work closely with the Art Director and cross‑functional teams to design marketing, campaign, and retail assets that reflect KREWE’s elevated aesthetic. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling, with experience working across both digital and print design. This is a hands‑on role suited for someone who enjoys executing thoughtful design while collaborating within a fast‑paced creative environment. This role is based in our New Orleans Headquarters 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

Design visual assets across digital channels including email marketing, social media, website graphics, and paid media.

Support the development of creative for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives.

Create print materials including packaging, retail signage, event collateral, and marketing materials.

Prepare production‑ready files for print and digital deliverables.

Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets by following established design guidelines.

Collaborate with the Art Director and creative team to execute brand concepts and campaign visuals.

Assist in preparing creative materials for photoshoots, including mood boards, layouts, and references.

Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, eCommerce, and Retail teams to deliver design assets on schedule.

Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Stay current with design trends, fashion, photography, and visual culture to help inform creative work.

Requirements

3–4 years of professional graphic design experience within fashion, lifestyle, beauty, retail, or creative agency environments.

A strong portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful design, strong typography, and clean layout systems.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Experience working across both digital and print design.

Strong attention to detail and an eye for typography, color, and composition.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Interest in fashion, photography, art, and contemporary culture.

Motion graphics and video editing experience (After Effects or Premiere) is a plus but not required.
