We are seeking an

Insurance Customer Service Representative

who is detail‑oriented, client‑focused, and motivated to grow within a professional insurance organization. This role is responsible for supporting clients through renewals, policy changes, service requests, and proactive coverage reviews, while also identifying cross‑sell opportunities. You will work in a collaborative, well‑supported environment with transparent processes, strong leadership, and real advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support for service requests and policy questions

Conduct coverage reviews and basic risk assessments for existing clients

Identify and support cross‑sell and upsell opportunities within the client base

Manage policy changes, endorsements, and documentation

Consult with clients to explain coverage options and next steps clearly

Maintain organized and compliant client records

Requirements

Willingness to obtain insurance licensing with agency support

Strong communication skills with a calm, professional demeanor

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

An analytical mindset with the ability to understand coverage needs

Comfort supporting sales conversations and cross‑selling when appropriate

Prior insurance experience is a bonus
