We are seeking an

Insurance Sales Representative

who is driven, competitive, and eager to maximize earning potential in a supportive and well-resourced environment. This role focuses on advising clients, closing business, and building long-term relationships using live-transferred prospects and pre-set commercial appointments. You will work in a professional setting with flexible scheduling, strong leadership support, and clear advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

Sell personal, commercial, and life insurance policies to new and existing clients

Conduct client consultations to assess risk and recommend appropriate coverage

Manage relationships to drive retention, cross-selling, and long-term value

Document client interactions, coverage recommendations, and sales activity accurately

Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals

Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development initiatives

Requirements

Self-starting, highly driven, and motivated to win business

Charismatic communicator with strong persuasion skills

Resilient and confident in a performance-focused sales environment

Comfortable with friendly competition and goal-based compensation

Prior insurance or sales experience preferred but not required

Willingness to obtain insurance licensing with agency support
