Responsibilities

Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties to evaluate loss and damage

Prepare accurate repair estimates using

Xactimate

Capture detailed photo documentation and complete clear inspection reports

Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier representatives

Submit organized claim files that meet carrier guidelines and timelines

Requirements

Active North Carolina adjuster license

or approved

home state license

Working knowledge of

Xactimate

(or willingness to learn)

Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

Ability to perform field inspections independently

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
