Membership Services Representative
Location: Onsite – West Plains, MO Hourly Rate: $17.00 (Monthly bonus commission available.) The Membership Services Representative plays a vital role in supporting our members by activating new memberships, reinstating inactive members, and delivering exceptional customer service from our West Plains office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, values teamwork, and wants stable, in-office work with opportunities to earn bonus commissions. Responsibilities
Researches and resolves member questions or concerns to ensure a positive experience and high satisfaction Processes new membership applications and reinstatments Updates and maintains accurate member information in internal databases Consistently delivers friendly, professional, and compassionate customer service Contributes to a collaborative team environment to meet or exceed service, production, and quality goals Meets and exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly performance expectations Processes member payments and completes daily balancing tasks as required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center, office, retail, or hospitality experience welcomed) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Familiarity with general office equipment (multi-line phones, copiers, fax machines, etc.) Ability to work onsite in West Plains, MO and maintain regular attendance Global Medical Response and its family of companies are an Equal Opportunity Employer, which includes supporting veterans and providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with a disability.
