Job Type Full-Time/Regular
Level of Education High School Diploma/Equivalent
Pay You will be starting at $18.50/hour as a Fulfillment Trainee. After 6-months of tenure and meeting excellent performance scope, the hourly rate will increase to $19/hour. After 1 year of tenure and meeting excellent performance scope, the title will change to Fulfillment Specialist 1, and the hourly rate will increase to $19.50/hour.
Shift Weekdays: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5pm)
Responsibilities
Audit inventory information, stock status and inventory balances for accuracy, availability, and reordering decisions
Perform full product QA
Perform inventory replenishments
Meet and exceed established metrics for daily productivity
Refurbish returned units to be used again by new customers
Create and attach ticket labels to shipping containers
Unload, examine and verify incoming shipments; correspond with carrier to rectify damages and shortages.
Become proficient with company's inventory management software
Maintain daily interaction with other departments in the company when necessary
Perform on-call duty occasionally to satisfy emergency needsMaintain cleanliness of work areas
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
1+ years relevant work experience in a related area such as warehousing, receiving, or inventory control
Availability to work on-site 5 days per week with occasional adaptation to schedule as needed for operational demands.
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 30lbs in a warehouse environment
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
Detail Oriented
Knowledge of standard operational methods of storing, shipping, and receiving
Computer skills - CRM experience preferred.
Excellent time management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills
