We're looking for a driven, people-first Leasing Agent to join a vibrant apartment community in Cleveland, Ohio. If you thrive on connection, know how to close, and take pride in creating an exceptional resident experience — we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
You’ll be the first face prospects see and the reason they choose to call your community home. Day to day, that means managing the full leasing cycle — from first inquiry through move-in — while delivering a standout experience at every touchpoint. You’ll partner closely with on‑site management to hit occupancy goals, maintain follow‑up discipline, and contribute to a community residents are proud to live in. Responsibilities include
Conducting tours, qualifying prospects, and converting leads to signed leases Managing lease paperwork, applications, and move‑in coordination Following up consistently with every prospect — phone, email, and in‑person Delivering exceptional customer service to current and future residents Supporting property management standards and community presentation Tracking leasing activity and pipeline metrics accurately What We’re Looking For
Prior leasing or multifamily experience preferred (not required if you bring the right energy) Strong communication, follow‑through, and organizational skills Genuine people skills — you build rapport naturally Professional, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated Comfortable with property management software (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or similar a plus) Reliable, on‑site presence — this is not a remote role What’s In It For You
