Soni Resources is partnering with a Manufacturing client near Piscataway, NJ, on the search for a
Customer Account Coordinator .
This role is built for a results-oriented performer who thrives in a high-activity, quota-driven environment and is motivated by earnings, accountability, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
Engage and manage existing customers to drive retention and revenue growth
Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across products and services
Conduct high-volume outbound calls and consistent follow-up activity
Handle objections effectively, clearly articulating value over price
Track pipeline activity, sales metrics, and performance in CRM systems
Partner with internal teams to ensure strong client satisfaction and execution
Complete onboarding and training on systems, tools, and sales processes
Qualifications:
Proven success in inside sales, account management, or customer retention roles
Strong closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
Experience in B2B sales and CRM-driven environments
Resilient, competitive, and comfortable handling rejection
Highly organized with disciplined follow-through and strong communication skills
Compensation:
$22 - $24/ Hr
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
