ThePursuits andMarketing Manageris responsible forleading thedevelopment and production ofbusiness development submittalsand marketing materialsthatdemonstrateTPI’sexpertisein Water/Wastewaterto win work.This position is integral in the pursuit capture processdeveloping strategic and compelling proposals that differentiate Tanner Pacificfromit’scompetitors, enhancingit’schances of winning work.
Responsibilities
Champion the fullbusiness development submittalprocess(qualificationsandproposals)frompre‑RFQ/RFPpreparation tosubmittaland presentation development,and project closeout,keeping team ontrackto meet internal and externalmilestones
Project manage,oversee,authorand editthe end‑to‑endbusiness developmentprocessand resultingsubmittalsthat willinclude:executive summaries, cover letters, submittal sections, resumes, project descriptions,matrices, graphics,brochures, presentations,and awards submissions
Partner withleadership andtechnical team members totransformbusiness developmentmaterialsintocompellingandpersuasivenarrativesand innovative solutionsthroughwritten contentandvisual storytelling, tailored specifically to each client’s and project’suniquerequirements and preferences
Translatecomplex informationintoclearandcompellingcontentleveragingstrategic informationgatheredduring the capture planning process, including technical sections,strategic messaging,diagrams,andgraphics
Guaranteeallsubmittalsstrictlycomplywithclientneeds andrequirements,companypolicies andobjectives,andbrand standards
Collaborate withPrincipals, Senior leadership, andBusiness Development Managertoproduce high quality,persuasivedocumentsand deliverables
Develop,manageandmaintaininternalcompany business development and marketinginformation including resumes, project descriptions,baseline, libraries,templatesandgraphics
Team up with Business Development Managerand Capture Managerstomaintainaccuracy and validityofpursuitleads inthe company’s client relationship management platform(Salesforce),making surethe sales pipelinereportisup to date
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in English,Business, Marketing, Engineering, orother relatedtechnicalfield, or equivalent experience
Demonstrated relevant experiencedevelopingand producingbusiness developmentand technical marketingrelated materials
Proven success in managingcomplexdeliverables
Expertly prioritizes, delegates, and executes tasks to meet companyand projectgoals
Skilled incommunicatingcomplicatedconcepts andinformation conciselywhilemaintainingexceptional quality standards under strict deadlines
Must be collaborative, engaging, adaptable, anddemonstrateleadership
Experiencein thewaterandwastewatersectors isadvantageous
Expert in MS Office products and Adobe Creative Cloud(InDesignandPhotoshop)
