Position Summary The Business Development Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities and building long-term referral relationships for both commercial and residential restoration services. This role focuses on developing partnerships with key referral sources, increasing brand awareness, and driving consistent revenue growth through in-person relationship building and strategic outreach. This is ahighly active, field-based role that requires strong communication skills, self-motivation, and consistency. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners Conduct daily in-person visits to prospective and existing partners Generate new leads and business opportunities through consistent outreach Educate partners on Specialty Restoration’s services and capabilities Track all activity, contacts, and opportunities in the company’s CRM Follow up consistently to build and maintain strong relationships Collaborate with operations team to ensure excellent customer experience Represent the company professionally in the community and at networking events Consistency and strong work ethic Positive attitude and resilience Confidence in face-to-face interactions Ability to build trust and long-term relationships Goal-oriented mindset Coachable and open to feedback Qualifications Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles preferred but not required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Organized and able to manage a pipeline of contacts and opportunities Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Consistency and strong work ethic Positive attitude and resilience Confidence in face-to-face interactions Ability to build trust and long-term relationships Goal-oriented mindset Coachable and open to feedback Performance Metrics Success in this role will be measured by: Number of weekly in-person visits and follow-ups Growth of referral network Leads generated Revenue produced from business development efforts #J-18808-Ljbffr
