Who We Are Looking For At VML, we are looking for a creative and versatile Copywriter to join our team and craft compelling narratives that capture attention and drive action. In this role, you will be a key voice behind the brands we represent, partnering closely with cross‑functional teams to execute big ideas and create authentic, sustainable value for people. What You’ll Do Partner with senior creatives and strategists to develop concepts across digital, social, print, video and experiential platforms. Write clear, persuasive, and original copy that aligns with client brand voices and strategic objectives. Tailor messaging to suit different platforms and target audiences, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints. Participate in creative presentations and help articulate the thinking behind your work to internal teams and clients. Proofread and edit copy to ensure it is grammatically correct, typo‑free, and adheres to brand guidelines. Who You Are You approach problem‑solving with relentless curiosity, simplifying complex challenges into clear, engaging messages. You build trust through empathy, collaborating seamlessly with cross‑functional teams to create work that connects with audiences on a human level. You are comfortable with ambiguity and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo, pitch bold ideas, and champion inclusive storytelling. What You’ll Need A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of conceptual thinking and writing skills across various media. The ability to work with creative briefs to turn insights into compelling consumer‑facing copy. Comfortable with digital tools and platforms, and able to pivot quickly between different brand voices and project types. A meticulous eye for grammar, spelling, and tone. A team‑player mentality with a track record of working effectively with diverse teams. Compensation & Benefits The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is $45,000—$90,000 USD. We offer a competitive benefits package, click WPP Benefits for more details.
