Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join a team as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. Reporting directly to the Team Lead, you will play a key role in managing medium to large accounts, with opportunities for professional development and career advancement within the organization. Compensation Package Salary Range: $55,000–$75,000+ (depending on experience) Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) match. Work Arrangement: Hybrid/In-person, with a team-oriented and fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities Manage and oversee a portfolio of medium to large accounts, with occasional involvement in smaller accounts. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Utilize EPIC software to maintain accurate records and streamline processes. Contribute to the team’s success by participating in internal growth initiatives and professional development programs. Support the team in achieving departmental goals and maintaining a high standard of performance. Qualifications/Requirements Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience (required). 2–5 years of experience preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is highly desirable. Soft Skills: Strong team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
