About the Role
As a Business Development Representative, you’ll focus on outbound prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and qualifying opportunities for Enterprise Account Executives. This role is ideal for high-energy, competitive individuals who thrive in a goal-driven sales environment. You will be trained by our experienced team of experts and supported through industry leading software and cutting-edge AI technology.
Responsibilities
Prospect and engage enterprise-level decision-makers
Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for Enterprise AEs
Participate in sales calls to support your own career growth
Manage your own pipeline in Salesforce
Consistently hit KPIs and performance goals to potentially advance into the Enterprise AE role
Qualifications
0-5 years of SDR/BDR experience required
Required Skills
Self-motivated, competitive, with a relentless desire to win and grow
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and KPI-driven environments
Coachable, resilient, with the desire to advance in your sales career
