About the Company
Eaton Construction is a fast-growing commercial general contractor focused on projects up to $10M across specialized niche categories, including tenant improvements and select ground-up work.
Our model is built on relationships, not bid lists—working directly with architects, developers, and business owners to get involved early and deliver high-quality projects.
The Opportunity

Core Responsibilities
Build long-term relationships with architects and design professionals
Connect with developers and commercial real estate stakeholders
Identify and influence projects before they go out to bid
Represent Eaton Construction in meetings, industry events, and the community
Support preconstruction by bringing in qualified opportunities
Maintain consistent outreach and relationship tracking
This is not high-volume sales.
You’ll be focused on fewer, higher-value opportunities—typically commercial projects under $10M—where relationships and trust drive who gets the work.
Clients matter.
