We are representing a well-established commercial builder in their search for a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations across projects ranging from $10M–$50M. This is a permanent opportunity for a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, safety‑first environment and enjoys delivering projects from ground‑up through closeout.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing site operations, leading teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
The Role As Construction Superintendent, you will oversee daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and drive project performance from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily site operations and field teams
Manage and maintain construction schedules and forecasts
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and site logistics
Enforce OSHA and project‑specific safety protocols
Ensure quality control and compliance with local building codes
Act as the primary on‑site contact for project stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to build and manage construction schedules
Knowledge of local code compliance and inspection processes
Public Works project experience is a plus
