Traveling Construction Superintendent – Hotel Renovations
Compensation : Up to $90,000/year Travel : Nationwide / Coast-to-Coast Location : U.S.-based (excluding California)
The Role
We’re hiring a
Traveling Construction Superintendent
to lead
hotel renovation projects across the U.S.
This is a field-based role for someone who enjoys being on-site, running projects, and traveling extensively.
This position requires
consistent nationwide travel , including projects on both the East and West Coasts.
Travel Expectations (Please Read)
Travel nationwide, coast to coast
On-site
3–4 weeks at a time
Scheduled long weekend home every 3–4 weeks
All travel expenses covered (airfare, hotel/Airbnb, rental car)
No per diem
What You’ll Do
Run day-to-day field operations on hotel renovation projects
Supervise subcontractors and on-site crews
Coordinate schedules, materials, and inspections
Enforce safety standards and quality expectations
Communicate progress, issues, and timelines to leadership
Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet renovation standards
Required Experience
3+ years as a Construction Superintendent (or similar)
Hotel renovation experience is required
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and jobsite operations
Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
Comfortable managing active, occupied hospitality sites
Willing and able to travel extensively nationwide
Nice to Have
OSHA 30-hour certification
First Aid / CPR
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
