Position Summary We are seeking a creative, highly organized Marketing Intern to support the development of all client‑facing materials. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending strategy, design, and communication, especially within a professional services environment. The intern will take ownership of creating compelling marketing decks, informational materials, and brand‑aligned content for both new and existing clients. Key Responsibilities Client‑Facing Marketing & Communications Lead the design and development of client-facing pitch decks for prospective clients. Build compelling, visually cohesive presentations and communication materials that clearly articulate Activ8’s value proposition. Assist in shaping messaging and storytelling to support marketing and business development initiatives. Current Client Communications Develop informational decks, updates, and ongoing communication materials for current clients. Transform complex financial or operational information into crisp, visually engaging formats. Ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all client communications. Brand Development & Creative Strategy Assist in creating, refining, and maintaining Activ8’s brand guidelines, including typography, color palettes, and visual identity elements. Use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to design custom graphics, templates, and branded assets. Generate fresh creative ideas for new marketing materials, client communications, and campaign concepts. Identify ways to elevate the client experience through improved design and messaging. General Marketing Support Work closely with leadership to understand project goals and deliver polished, on‑brand materials. Support occasional marketing research, digital content updates, and special initiatives. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, Design, or a related field. Required: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Strong experience with presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva. Excellent written communication and editing skills. A strong eye for design, branding consistency, and layout quality. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, confidential environment. Interest in financial services, wealth management, or the family office industry is a plus. Interest in sports is also a positive, given the firm’s client base of athletes.
