This is a high-impact Director role with direct visibility to executive leadership and a clear mandate: design and deliver compensation and benefits programs that drive performance, scale with growth, and create a best‑in‑class employee experience.

This role is based onsite in our San Antonio corporate office, partnering closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to shape how we attract, retain, and reward talent across the organization.

You will serve as the center of excellence for total rewards, leading U.S. benefits execution end‑to‑end while shaping global programs that are competitive, compliant, and financially sound. This role is ideal for someone who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution, influence senior stakeholders, and build programs that directly impact business outcomes.

Responsibilities This role operates at both a strategic and operational level, with ownership across compensation, benefits, and global rewards governance.

Key Responsibilities Include

Lead and execute U.S. benefits strategy, including open enrollment, renewals, vendor negotiations, and ongoing administration across all plans

Own global benefits oversight, ensuring consistency, compliance, and scalability across international markets

Design and govern enterprise‑wide compensation programs, including job architecture, salary structures, and base pay administration

Lead annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and incentive planning aligned to performance and financial targets

Partner with Finance and Executive Leadership to deliver workforce cost modeling, forecasting, and data‑driven insights

Establish strong vendor governance and broker partnerships to optimize cost, performance, and service delivery

Ensure full compliance across all compensation and benefits programs (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and applicable global regulations)

Lead and develop a high‑performing benefits team, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement

Build and execute communication strategies that simplify complex programs and enhance employee understanding and engagement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field

10+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits

Deep expertise in U.S. benefits, including open enrollment, renewals, and administration

Proven experience leading compensation strategy, including executive and sales incentive programs

Strong track record in vendor management, cost optimization, and program governance

Advanced analytical and data modeling capabilities

Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams

Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Experience with HRIS, compensation, and benefits platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field

Experience supporting global benefits programs (e.g., Philippines, Canada, Trinidad)

Background in high‑growth or multi‑country environments

Exposure to equity compensation and long‑term incentive design
